This is a $30 million facility that Australasian Solutions Pty Ltd will develop for client entity, Advanced Nutrition Services Pty Ltd, to service a well-established market in South East Asia.

A new industrial hub estate subdivision, with fully serviced industrial lots, providing a total of 32,000 square metres of useable land, in lot sizes ranging from a commencement size of 1,000 square metres.
