PORTFOLIO OF TWO INDUSTRIAL HUB DEVELOPMENTS

Australasian Solutions Pty Ltd, has purchased two properties, consisting of a total area of 69,925 square metres of industrial land:
Lot 15 Depot Road
A planning Permit to build a 7,000 square metre, state of the art aseptic line filling plant, with ancillary powder blending and capsule filling factory on Lot 15, has been granted by the Corangamite Shire.
This is a $30 million facility that Australasian Solutions Pty Ltd will develop for client entity, Advanced Nutrition Services Pty Ltd, to service a well-established market in South East Asia.
Lot 14 Depot Road
A new industrial hub estate subdivision, with fully serviced industrial lots, providing a total of 32,000 square metres of useable land, in lot sizes ranging from a commencement size of 1,000 square metres.
